Yesterday I had a big bowl of cole slaw for breakfast and two servings of mixed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower for lunch and 2 more with dinner.

Hmmm... so far today cherry tomatoes, red cabbage (I love it without anything on it), some celery, and some snap peas.

I had a creen juice with chard, carrots, cucumbers and apples. I had a thai inspired cabbage salad with chicken, marinated carrots and cucumbers, and heirloom tomatoes with lemon olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Lessee - tomatoes, Italian sweet pepper, green beans, and basil from the garden. Fresh garlic from the store.

Carrots, garlic, parsley, basil, Serrano chile, broccoli and cauliflower. Some green leaf and romaine lettuce and a tomato has its name on it for dinner tonight.
