Serve as breakfast/lunch or dinner with apple sauce, any compote,or even add finely sliced apples/banana or blueberries. ( or even use jam to spread and roll up sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Sometimes I make a double or triple portion, the thinner they are the better they taste. Usually the first one is my trial pancake and the frying pan has to be hot and make sure your windows are open and fan is on..due to the frying smell

We are seriously dieting...12 lbs each so far, 4 more to go! I make pretty much the same breakfast many mornings in a row. I use 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters mixed with some sauteed red or green peppers. After the bottom has set, I fill the omlette with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light cheese. It is delicious, filling and it has about 10 g of protein.
A couple boiled eggs with salt and pepper and a couple heat 'n serve sausages.
