What's for Breakfast? (part 4) (garlic powder, pancake, yolk, bread)

I had a omelet made with a couple nice eggs from the farmer's market, some fresh basil, and a bit of goat cheese. A bit of whole grain toast on the side. Enjoyed it a lot.

For breakfast today I had two slices of bread, some hummus, one egg, and a slice of Cambozola cheese. It was pretty good, but not the best.

A small cup of orange juice fortified with calcium, a bowl of Warm Cinnamon Oat cereal with non-fat milk and some dark chocolate almond milk.

I was up all night, so breakfast was at 4am... 3 large glasses of water, 2 bk'fast sausages, 3 egg yolks, 1/4 fresh pineapple & 2 double espressos... about to make it 3 double espressos. Woo hoo!

I was going to make an egg sandwich however, we are out of bread so I am going to have to go with just the egg.

I made a big tuna sub with mayo, pepper, jalapenos and lettuce...on fresh baked French bread....onion, too. And hot sauce.
