Wow, that's like a piece of FR toast wrapped in a pancake. Awesome! I actually love leftover pancakes at room temp & eaten plain. I could easily carb myself to death.

I skipped breakfast (slept thru it) & had a big lunch instead. I'm not awake enough in the am to think of fancy ways to encase FR toast in pancake batter.

Duck egg over a bit of arugula on a slice of brioche, topped with a small bit of gouda. Mug of yerba mate.
