This morning, I made oven-baked French toast from last night's leftover brioche and topped it with a banana-brown sugar syrup (DH is going to put the left over syrup over coconut ice cream tonight--we'll see how that goes), scrambled eggs with tarragon, and crispy baked bacon. Ice water with lemon to drink.

An onion, turkey sausage, Dubliner cheese omelette with a large potting-soil-dark coffee & 3 pints water. I'm stuck in antihistamine/decongestant Valhalla lately... so only potting-soil-dark witch's brew can get me up & moving as fast as a sloth with a broken toe.

I'm wishing on a star that I can return to San Diego soon! That's my real home...

Have a wonderful beginning to your week, Everyone!
