My standard breakfast is Irish oats with dried fruit, a sprinkling of coconut flakes, a bit of maple syrup, and a glug of half & half. I also have a mug of hot tea.
A small cup of orange juice fortified with calcium, a bowl of oatmeal with fat free milk, cinnamon and sugar and a small cup of dark chocolate almond milk.
