I had Basic 4 cereal w/ almond milk

Today was Swiss cheese omelet, sliced tomatoes and rye toast with coffee.

A bowl of oatmeal with sugar, cinnamon & skim milk and a cup of dark chocolate almond milk.

I had porridge with sliced peaches,cinnamon,roasted almonds,bran and 2 cups Jasmine green tea
