We had out of town guests for lunch and we ate late, plus the two gals finished a bottle of wine, so dinner isn't going to be much. I took some frozen crab legs out of the freezer; have lots of good stuff for salad and the weather is still not too fallish, so I am making a crab salad.

The weather here is very much autumn but that did not stop me last night. I had the crab first and then followed with a delicious salad. Enjoy your dinner!

This is one of my favorites and it has also graced the top of a baked potato on many occasions.

Enjoy!

My version of chicken fricassee made with boneless chicken breasts, onions, thyme, butter, EVOO, paprika, finished off with some gravy master and a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce. We also have left over pasta primavera.

Just had a lightly mashed veggie curry with garbanzo beans and sweet potatoes. Brown rice and quinoa with garlic, butter, pine nuts and tiny diced mushrooms. Ice water and lemon.
