A chicken casserole mixed with cream of chicken soup and shredded cheddar and has stove top stuffing on top. Left over creamed spinach and green bean casserole. It's 57 here and comfort food is calling me.
I think we are going with pancakes, bacon and eggs or oatmeal or one of the other various leftover items in the fridge.
It is hard to say because I am also hungry for macaroni and cheese but I have some leftover hamburger that is already cooked that I can toss in with this.
I just finished the last bowl of the vegetable soup I made a few days ago.
We have pork chops and chicken left over so those are another consideration.
I could also take the already cooked hamburger and make a red sauce pasta.
I think there are a couple of already cooked hamburgers as well.
I guess I'll wait and see what my honey wants when he gets home.
It could be something completely different.........LOL
Tonight I prepared a loaded baked potato bar with cheddar cheese, sour cream and chili. We also had a mixed salad and cottage cheese and strawberry yogurt with sliced banana for desert.
McD's stop tonight. Tried their spicy wings; I've had better & worse wings, so acceptable on their own, but miss the whole sauce/blue/celery combo.
