We are grilling a steak, plus a few veggies, like Asparagus. I will bake potatoes also, but think we are going to skip the green salad tonight. We always have salad with steak, after 4 nights in a row with salad, I can give it up for one night.
Tonight we have roast rubbed in Dijon,salt and pepper and browned in a pot with roasted onions,than simmer til tender. With it potato dumplings with mushroom sauce. Accompanied with French beans and corn. To drink a glass of red wine.For dessert pineapple and oranges diced and flavored with orange juice,vanilla sugar,coconut and a shot of Cointreau (the dessert is called Ambrosia )
