We are keeping it simple tonight: Tilapia, baked potatoes and veggies. I might also add cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes, not sure yet.

changed my mind about dinner tonight: We have chili left from Wed, so I am going to discard the liquid and make bean/beef burritos and guacamole salad.

Sauteed spinach with onions. I got some Alaskan King Crab legs on sale - so, I'll have that with lemon wedges and drawn butter. If I have a hankering for a carbohydrate, there is some leftover homemade macaroni and cheddar cheese.

I love avocados! I priced them today: on sale - $2.50 each. Needless to say, I passed.

I've got some leftover roast chicken. Think I'll make a biscuit-topped chicken pot pie out of it.

It's pizza and movie night (Christmas movies are coming out at our house tonight!!). Not sure where we are getting the pizza from yet - we all are in the mood for something different!

But mine will be sauerkraut or it will be pineapple and green olive. Decisions decisions...

I didn't feel like doing much so I made a homemade alfredo sauce and tossed it with some pasta.
