Salmon pie topped with mashed potatoes and cheese, adapted from Delia Smith's recipe for Luxury Fish Pie. I served it with green beans with basil butter and sliced tomatoes with EVOO, balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly-ground pepper. Dessert was a raspberry torte from Trader Joe's.
Tonight we have turkey drumsticks rubbed with butter,salt/pepper/marjoram,onion and apples cut in half's added with some curly parsley and 1 whole bottle of beer poured in the pan too. Covered in the oven til ready to eat. With it mashed garlic potatoes,Brussels sprouts and broccoli. For dessert a mixed fruit salad with apples,pear,orange,cranberries,grapes,banana,almon d slices,lemon juice and vanilla sugar and some orange juice fresh pressed. Who ever like can add a shot of Cointreau.
We are finally having the Tuna Casserole I promised spoiled brat last week. In fact I just finished assembling it. Now I just have to bake it and make a salad. We are good to go!!!!!
