What's on Tonights Dinner menu? (2013, part 2) (grilling, bbq, freeze, cooker)

A couple of fried pork chops with rice and steamed broccoli. Also had some red seedless grapes on the side.

It's COLD today!
French pea soup with a crusty baguette fresh from la boulangerie.

Elbow macaroni mixed with ground beef, mozzarella & sauce and a small salad.

We are having pork chops, waldorf salad and broccoli. I might mash a sweet potato as well, we both love them. Too bad I think they were made to go with tons of butter!!!! At least spoiled brat won't be here for lunch, so I can go really light...save a few calories anyway.

Tonight we have lentil burgers,almost like flat patties with a naan and a mixed salad with tomatoes,cucumber,baby spinach,red beet,chili and onions with an olive oil,red wine vinegar,salt /black pepper vinaigrette. To drink lassi or lemon/lime water . For dessert clementines from Morocco and 1 Scandinavian Snowflake ball .(I made yesterday a batch for the 1. Advent this Sunday)

Well since today is major cleaning day and tomorrow is make side dishes ahead day it is going to be real simple. Tonight is dirty rice from a box and ground beef, and most definitely tomorrow is pizza from Digorno.

Threw a boneless chicken breast into the Crockpot and topped it with seasonings a little worchestershire sauce and a little balsamic vinegar. Too early to say what kind of other dish will go with.
