Easy Sesame Chicken from Budget Bytes. It is supposed to look like the picture below, but I am pretty sure there is no freaking way it will look like that.

I'm making lemon chicken with preserved lemon.

My preserved lemon lost its yellow color this time, and didn't get nearly as soft as the last time I made it. Hope it's okay.

I've never heard of Budget Bytes but those pictures look amazing & yummy.

Hubbys Birthday so he smoked a pork butt, also having a mac and cheese and baked beans. Homemade chocolate eclair cake with homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert! So excited!!

King salmon, grilled and served with dill sauce. Sauteed zucchini with scallions and lemon. Light meal..but very satisfying and healthy
