Well our house is starting to fill up with family/in laws/friends for the holidays and today is the first night of many to feed a crowd.
Tonight it is homemade pizza night. We will be making vegetarian and pepperoni pizzas. On our Vegetarian pizzas we will put green Bell peppers, green olives, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, chilies and of course tomato sauce and cheese. To drink lemon/lime water ,beer, wine, mulled wine and later coffee and Marzipan Stollen.

Tonight I'm going to make a sandwich. It will consist of hamburger meat. 80-20 lean. I will add an egg on top of it as well as a good bit of sausage, some red and green peppers for toppings. I'll add some caramelized onions as well. Then I will put all of it together into a Kaiser roll. Perhaps, I will get a hoagie roll for it and chop the hamburger in half and make it longer. This will also give more room for the sausage. I will then add some home cut fries as well for a side. Lightly salted with a touch of pepper. A few condiments and tada...Dinners served. Dinner for one. My gf is three thousand miles away, so I am only cooking for one. That's what is on tonight's menu.

Last night we had jambalaya with creole sausage. No leftovers since eldest son took them all.

Tonight Parmesan crusted chicken breasts with rotel cheese and shells, green salad.
