Left over lasagna and chicken parmesan that my SIL made on Christmas. I love getting leftovers because I don't have to cook.

Goat cheese and cherry tomato pizza from Aldi's. Had it because someone here said it was good last week and talk about YUMMY and I am not a goat cheese fan.

Not bad for 3.69.

I see myself having a lot of Aldi's pizza for the end of the year.

Aldi's is a grocery chain and when you find them in your area...happy, happy, joy, joy happy, happy, joy joy.

You would NOT get this if you grew up before the 90's and after 2003.

But if you ever shop there...ugh! You come away happy after being extremely pissed off with the cart policy...you get your quarter back.

Aldi shoppers!!!! Help me explain this!

I think I might make this for after the holidays, making two turkeys during TG turns me off, but we usually buy a turkey for Easter or other times. Never make much of the left overs but might do this on Easter.

It is a grocery chain trying to break in our US market. Great concept and for the most part awesome in my book.

Tonight we had left over herb roasted chicken, delicous gravy and mashed potatoes. We had some nice sugar snap peas in the fridge. What a GREAT little supper!! Easy and delicious.
