BBQ chicken legs for hubby, Hamburger for me, with that we will both have roasted butternut squash with Vidalia onions and balsamic vinegar and leftover Elbow macaroni with EVOO and grated cheese.
Roast beef (currently in the oven) with mozzarella sticks on the side because we were really craving them. I would usually have mashed potatoes and corn on the side but we hiked for over three hours today so we're tired.
Very looong day and it started way too early for a Sunday morning. Leftover egg salad sandwich and tomato and cuccumber salad.
