Sadly, lunch today was similar to yesterday's... handful of aspirin, 1 glass of water & 2 double espressos, minus the peanuts, due to the same persistent headache. One more day & I'm calling the police or the Air Force or whomever should be authorized to interfere in such matters.

A non-fat blueberry Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita with strawberry spread, some whole wheat thins crackers and a large mug of tea blended from tea leaves originating in Kenya, India & Rwanda together with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of non-fat milk.
