I wasn't extremely hungry at lunch so just a half of chicken and ham sandwich on wheat with lettuce and tomato. A few cheese & crackers crackers. All of it was washed down with my once a week soft drink - Coca Cola this week.

Some barbecued chicken breast meat, a mixture of peas and corn, a small slice of whole wheat bread and a glass of cranberry juice.

Hummus on a pita with a slice of tomato and a slice of red onion. Pickles, celery and carrot sticks.

sheena I have the same except on a chapati and no onions ..and lassi to drink

Sans alarm, I awoke after noon so had more a brunch-ish lunch... 3 small sausage links & 2 egg yolks with an espresso & a bunch of water.

I guess it will be more of a brunch meal today: Fried chicken wings with potato wedges. Sriracha sauce on the wings, of course.
