late breakfast means no lunch (so I can stuff myself later on Salisbury steak & gravy, crowder peas (from garden!) , potatoes smashed with bacon 7 cheese and what might be the last of the tomatoes
I made a huge salad that hubby and I could share. It had baby spinach, Italian blend lettuce from dole, chick peas, black and green olives, shredded cheddar, croutons, fresh dill and grilled chicken. Honey mustard for the dressing.
