One & half toasted whole grain/wheat sandwiches with chunk light tuna & non-fat mayonnaise, 2 Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and a large glass of cranberry juice.
Ugh... well, still edible. Smart Ones - Vegetable fried rice. The pic on the box looked so much better that item pulled out and microwaved and my coffee that I didn't finish earlier (just re-heated).
