One and half sandwiches chunk light tuna with nonfat mayonnaise on stone ground whole wheat bread, 2 Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and a large cup of cranberry juice.
I thought I'd bring my food today. Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain. Ate it before 10:00 a.m. so I got some chicken soup. (Perfect soup weather here in NYC today).
Peruvian style barbecued chicken breast meat, French fries, some salad (tomato, cucumber, avocado & salad), maduros (sweet plantain) and a large cup of cranberry juice.
