Today's Lunch - Part 4 (turnip, places, Burger King, tomato)

2 multi-grain roll "skinny"s with healthy margarine and strawberry jam, a peach Greek yogurt and a cup of tea with sugar and milk.

stir fry with pork loin, celery, carrot, zucchini and spring onions with low sodium soy sauce. Frogot to add the red peppers DANG

I roasted a chicken last night so today's lunch was chicken with cranberry on a mini forcarcia with mayo. A very small dish of coffee ice cream.

Original Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich with pear slices and carrot sticks this time, instead of baby carrots. (I like the baby carrots better but I ran out.)
