An extremely large toasted multigrain bread tuna, mayonnaise and dill pickle sandwich together with a glass of cranberry juice.

A small bowl of lentil and tomato soup.

Ramen with shrimp, fresh mushrooms, basil, cilantro and green onions.

Taco Salad with sour cream and peppers/

An egg salad sandwich, a pear and water.

Ham sandwich, celery sticks and pear slices.

I have iceberg lettuce leaves,on it I will put a quick made simple salsa spread ,a few shredded chicken breast pieces,roll it up and eat it like a wrap. ( taste also very good with guacamole spread) Less calories for me and with it a large glass of lemon water and a clementine
