Love siracha and Frank's
Hate hate Tabasco sauce. Someone once compared the taste to battery acid and for me that's all I tasted when it was the only sauce available. I'll do Texas Pete over Tabasco all day long.
I don't have a favorite, as there are different uses for different sauces going into different dishes. Among my favorites for various preparations though:
Siracha (for asian applications, as well as some others)
Frank's (for occaisional generic use)
Choulla or Tappatio (for Mexican/latin dishes)
Louisiana Hot Sauce (usually the base for my wing sauce, and almost always my choice for generic addition to cajun recipes/dishes)
Absolutely never used is basic Tabasco which I think is awful. If I am doing a burrito bowl (ala Chipotle), I do sometimes like to use the green tabasco though.
Dat'l Do-it Datil Pepper Hot Sauce. It's made from datil peppers.
