Good old Farberware for pots, and a cast iron skillet. Our Farberware pots run from 45 to 60 years old in perfect condition, and our two cast iron skillets are 35 and an unknown age (I am guessing at least 60 years).
You don't need "non-stick" stuff, just use a bit of olive oil or butter and let proteins sit long enough to skin over. I already went through the non-stick pans phase and have come out on the other side, so I am speaking from experience.
Of course cast iron never goes in the dishwasher. The Farberware always goes in the dishwasher.
The newer Farberware is not as high quality as the old stuff. I bought Farberware pot by pot early in my marriage. I gave it up in thecearly aughts for some nice Cuisinart which was built better. It was not top of the line, but it was built so, so well.
Then I had to give up those pots when I got an induction cook top.
My fave “new” pots are Sitram Profiserie. These are workhorses in commercial kitchens, and they are certainly good enough for mine.
I put my Kitchen Aid hard anodized nonstick cookware in the dishwasher and it's just fine. It's at least five years old. The only thing I hand wash is cast iron skillets.
What's wrong with the old Corningware Visions? I used to use it on the stove, in the mircrowave, in the oven, onto the table and into the dishwasher. I don't know if they still make it but I see it in thrift stores and on ebay. Oh, you could store things in it too in the fridge. Very versatile. Made of heavy duty glass, sort of like Pyrex but safe for stove top.
Plus a cast iron frying pan, a good one like Griswold or Wagner that they don't make anymore.
I have Calphalon Professional Stainless (probably a discontinued line), but I've been putting it through the dishwasher for over 20 years now and it is as good as new. It's hard to wreck pots and pans made only of stainless steel and glass.

No longer made and there is good reason to find it in thrift stores. Stainless is so much belter at cooking.
That's odd, mine is the post that bumped but I only browse "New Posts" (as in those with posts made within the last about 10 minutes). I suspect someone deleted a comment... and I didn't check the original post date for a thread with only 1 page.
I’ve never had a problem with the nonstick coating coming off in the dishwasher, my problem is the paint on the outside that starts to look chalky. I have some Paula Deen speckled egg cookware, and there’s one pan that gets put in the dishwasher more than the rest, it’s supposed to be maroon but it has turned almost pink, inside still looks perfect.
