Lately I eat to live... if I'm busy or running around, I often forget to eat.

Not sure. You tell me.

I very rarely eat breakfast.

Lunch. maybe 2-3 times a week. Usually too busy.

Dinner almost every night.

Which category covers that?

It is more a frame of mind or a passion if you will. If you need to be told which catagory you fall into you eat to live.

As a foodie I would be more in the "Live to eat" category ( though it does seem a slightly extreme label). I adore good food, from all over the world and going out for a meal is always an experience to me. My partner is always amazed and shocked that I can just about always remember places by the food I have there , even years later such as meals from my childhood ! Literally I will go somewhere and remember exactly what I had in that particular place. We were in Alsace ( France) earlier on this year , a place I hadn't been for over 25 years and I could recall very specific meals !

To me food is about joy and a flavoursome and delicious meal goes a long ,long way to make up for a terrible day ! I would eat out 3 times a day if I could and could live in a gourmet restaurant.

I have never understood people who eat to live, it seems such a sad way to look at gastronomy, one of the most wonderful arts in the world and once so intrinsically linked to our culture. Such a pleasure to be deprived of. :0

I am slender and I do live to eat--but I guess I have some perspective about it.
I don't live to eat just anything, it has to fit a few parameters, so I can savor it.
lol Judog.
