Recipes section of Food and Drink, No?

Laird's Applejack and lemon soda (7-up or Sprite).

Check out other Laird's Applejack recipes here: Laird's Document

The great thing about Applejack is when you drink too much and go to sleep, you wake up tasting apples in the morning.
