My homemade chili. I heat it up and watch everyone drool as they are eating their frozen microwave slop.

If I have made something like enchiladas or tamales those are always fun to bring to work. Yummy. I also sometimes will make gluten free noodles and some side dish like beef or chicken and then put it together and bring it to work. Now this thread is making me hungry for some mexican food. Mmmm.

Leftover chili and stews/soups are my favorite.

It has been awhile since I prepared a parsnip based soup/stew - on the grocery list it goes.

I usually just bring dinner leftovers -- soups/stews are particularly nice reheated the next day.

One time, we had a bunch of leftovers from taco night, and I didn't feel like assembling tacos at work, so I took all of the leftover hot ingredients and layered them into a small pyrex bowl with a lid. The next day at work, I reheated this and then topped it with the leftover cold ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cilantro)...it was a delightful meal. I don't know why I haven't done this again...hmm.
