If I have leftover cooked chicken in the fridge, I sometimes cube/cut the chicken and saute, I add some of the veggies, and scramble in eggs or serve on side with eggs.

Does anyone else eat chicken and eggs?

Sounds quite tasty to me. Eat what you want for breakfast, especially if it starts you out right.

But then, there's the age-old question: Which do you eat first, the chicken, or the egg?

When we used to go to Golden Corral they had plenty of fresh hot fried chicken on hand at breakfast time.
It was something real exciting, let me tell you!
I'd get me a big breast and some wings along with my pile of bacon and sausage and a huge heap of scrambled eggs and hash browns.

I've put shredded chicken and fried eggs into chilaquiles verde. Best breakfast in the world, IMO.

I've never tried it, but it sounds delicious to me. Note to self: next time I have leftover chicken, try this.

I pan crust on side of the cube so as to have a crusty taste if the chicken is steamed or roasted.
