I also will get tomorrow 500 gram old yellow cheddar cheese for $ 3.97 a block,usually they sell for $ 6.99 or $ 8.99.
That is a great price considering I paid $3.99 [on sale] for 500 grams (~1 pound) of sliced sharp cheddar store brand. I have had cheeses that make my mouth water just remembering the divinity of flavors and textures - needless to say, this cheese is junk in the grand scheme of cheeses.

Mainebrokerman I also buy the huge pork loins on sale and cut it into three roasts. DH only eats pork.
I bought celery for 88 cents a stalk, onions at 88 cents a pound, and sweet potatoes at 38 cents a pound at Walmart grocery.
