Ok, it's homemade cookies for dessert. Each of the 5 of us may choose from, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, and butterscotch chips and whatever nuts.
And everyone gets their own section of pizza to add toppings too.

Been to busy dealing with the nasty weather to cook this week and tonight had a poor mans Chicken Parm..
Leftover chicken cutlets, added some red sauce and mozz to the top and threw it in the oven..The mozz was nice and brown when done. Easy and tasted pretty good!
Tomorrow will do some real cooking.
Do you mix your cauliflower with potatoes?
I do that and add butter and sour cream as well with some garlic or garlic powder.
I will also add artichoke hearts to the cauliflower or potatoes.
Nope, just a straight cauliflower mash with a little sour cream or plain yogurt.
A buddy put up a nice picture of pizza in another thread the other day so I gave in went out to pickup a pizza.
