A non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt, 2 toasted light whole grain slices of bread with strawberry spread and a mug of tea blended from tea leaves originating in Kenya, India & Rwanda together a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of fat free milk.

tonight is meatless monday....

chicken soup, even the evil veggies taste good in this,,(peas, i choked on peas when younger,,they are evil!)
ritz crackers
home made bread with home-made raspberry jam... & honey from bees a few farms down the road

mocha ice cream with coffee brandy, hersheys syrup and whipped cream. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Baby it's cold outside!... So, I opted for some comfort foods that my family usually enjoys - Lentil Loaf with a rich mushroom Marsala wine gravy, garlic smashed potatoes,steamed fresh cauliflower and cucumber salad with a creamy dill dressing.

We still have apple pie left over from the weekend.

Meatloaf made from local grass-fed beef and smothered in onions.

I add all kinds of crazy ingredients to mine to make it healthier than the bread crumb version: Finely shredded carrots, spinach, oats, eggs, finely ground Mexican white cheese, organic pasta sauce and a little hot sauce to cut out some of the ketchup/sugar.
