Irish bacon and cabbage soup.

Irish Bacon And Cabbage Soup Recipe - Allrecipes.com

Tomorrow I'm eating a "real" St Patrick's day meal at a friend's house but this recipe popped up in my inbox this morning and I have the ingredients so it seemed like a good idea.

Meat loaf made with a combination of ground beef and ground turkey; baked potatoes and cottage cheese with mixed raw veggies: cukes, cherry tomatoes, onions, and radishes. I will put it on a bed of lettuce. And if I decide we need dessert, I will just take the cream and put it outside. We will have ice cream, it snowing so hard here. What is this all about? Snow, the day before St Patty's day????

We had one of those old school after church then take a nap dinner. Fried chicken, rice and collard greens, butter beans, mac and cheese, yams, cornbread, and tea.

I'm trying a French Onion Spaghetti Pie recipe from Good Housekeeping. And Toulouse sausages. Hope it turns out.
