A hearty homemade soup and crusty bread is one of the greatest meals, in my book.

I haven't grilled in ages so tonight is the night. Grilled rib-eye (medium), steamed potatoes with sour cream and juicy & sweet tomato slices with fresh basil, freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt.

A combination of baby spinach, red & green chard, and kale, sauteed in garlic and olive oil, topped with leftover chicken from yesterday's rotisserie chicken. Baked honey-mustard potato slices on the side, (made from the linked recipe). I didn't know if that would be filling enough, (since we didn't have much chicken leftover), so I also made blueberry parfaits for dessert.
