Here's the recipe for the peanut butter pie Jaxson!
One ready made reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
5 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/3 reduced fat peanut butter (I use Smuckers)
8 oz fat free cool whip
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioner sugar, fold in peanut butter and then cool whip. Place into pie shell, and put in fridge for 2 hours before serving. If you like you can drizzle hersheys syrup on top! ENJOY

the Split pea soup will go into the crock pot in a few minute< it is already cooked, but I want to heat it up and we will be gone a good part of the day. Spoiled brat is having day surgery, so dinner has to be simple. His fav soup is split pea. Know him, by the time we get home, he will be starving, surgery or not.
Looking up recipes for chicken pot pie but with a twist. So far it's looking to be either Indian or Middle eastern.
ETA I found a recipe for cheesy pot pie and will do that with a smoked gouda and bacon I have.
