Last night I made a courtbouillon in my slow cooker with flounder (and I added tilapia pieces this morning). We are also having smothered okra and tomatoes, the last half of a loaf of Portuguese bread, and eggnog ice cream with bourbon for dessert.

Grilled Lamb chops, mint jelly, roasted potatoes with rosemary, and fresh Brussels sprouts. Maybe I'll roast the Brussels sprouts too.

Last night I shredded the pork, mixed in some bbq sauce, served on white rice with some corn. Blah. Was not feeling it. I had mine on a baked potato instead of rice.

Tonight begins the chaos that is known as little league season...lots of eating in the car.

I picked up 2 wraps and some pasta salad for my kids to eat on the way to the game. I will make a PB&J for myself before we head out.

Great dish and one of my favorites, enjoy! I need a Saturday to cook it as it takes a while with the prep work and frying the eggplant then baking....emm And good for you that your cable is back and such.

Having a pork loin tonight with mashed toes and corn..
