Tonight was at Babe's Chicken Dinner House in Frisco, TX. I had fried chicken, mashed potatoes with a rich cream gravy, green beans, corn, biscuits, and iced tea.

More tocino and steamed rice, another over-medium egg, and this time, a diced mango and tomato salad.

Diet Coke and cherries from Wenatchee, WA. Just realized I never ate dinner and it's 11:00 pm! But I had a bacon, avocado and tomato hash with eggs over medium about 2:00 pm and I normally stay full from that the rest of the day. And I could stand to lose a little weight anyway, so no harm, no foul!

I let spoiled brat choose his dinner tonight: we are having lamb chops (just a couple I got on sale a few weeks ago and stuck in the freezer) salmon, baked potato and his favorite green salad. I won't even make him grill the meat..

HAPPY DADS DAY TO ALL YOU DADS OUT THERE!!!!!!!

My wonderful wife is making one of my favorite meals:

homemade spaghetti, homemade bread sticks, and a really yummy salad (chock full of goodies)!

Gonna start cooking soon but not feeling much happiness. I'm cooking for my brother and his kid's, not my father who is alone
and a few miles away still going through cancer rehab. I talked with em last night and today then told me he's losing his memory..

That shattered me...I can't go see em as i don't have a license and the whole situation is difficult to say the least. I thought my sis would be here early and we would see him later but she's gonna be late..so a no go.

Miss yeah dad and for others enjoy your day.
