I'm treating myself tonight. Broiled lobster tail in lemon and butter, boiled new red potatoes, corn on the cob, and a simple lettuce and tomato salad. I have store brought cheesecake slices but I don't think I'll have room for a slice.

Haven't posted in a while.

Kraft Classic Pasta Salad (left over from last night) with one can of Albacore Tuna mixed in, sliced Avocado, Grilled Corn on the Cob and Sauteed Kale.

A Chef's salad: mixed salad greens, pickled beets, tomatoes, onions, turkey, ham, boiled egg, mushrooms, Cheddar and Swiss cheese served with Thousand Island dressing.
