We both have meetings today and lots to do so dinner will be simple and pretty junky, but good: I am just doing frito pie and a small guacamole salad.

Tonight we have a spicy thick red kidney bean soup with carrot slices and green peas,a small bowl of homemade plain yogurt with fresh sprinkled cilantro and black pepper,chapatis and lassi. For dessert a baked apple dipped in a bit of cinnamon/ vanilla sugar and served with warm vanilla sauce.

Making plain ole' bacon and scrambled eggs with toast for supper tonight, and a glass of cold milk. Just in the mood, I guess - plus hubby suggested it!! Bacon is WONDERFUL, makes the house smell great, sometimes I like to put mine on a bagel with a slice of cheese instead of toast. nomnomnom....

Finally feeling better. I am going to shop and get stuff for for today and tomorrow. English Pub style Fish and Chips and Cuban Pollo Empanizado with steamed rice and beans.

Santa Fe chicken simmering in the crock pot as we speak while I'm at work - with spices, black beans, corn, cilantro, and tomatoes. It's so yummy.
