Take it easy and follow doctor instructions; a concussion needs rest. Been there, done that.
After a huge lunch, I am having a cup of bean soup with saltines tonight.
Pork riblets in BBQ sauce, twice baked cheddar cheese potatoes, corn on the cob. Ice tea to drink, seedless watermelon for dessert. Perfect on a HOT Oklahoma day. Enjoy all!
