Lite pizza from Papa Murphy's. BBQ chicken with fresh tomato and red onion for me, Chicken, artichoke and spinach for the DS and DD. Tossed salad. Ice tea. The kids got themselves a s'mores dessert pizza as well.

I didn't cook all weekend so I'm spoiling the family a bit tonight: grilled marinated lamb chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and zucchini salad with crumbled blue cheese and lemon cheesecake with raspberries and whipped cream for dessert.

Mac-n-cheese/stewed tomato bake...with dill peas and I might throw some ham in there if I have any left in the freezer. A meal from my childhood that I have been craving!

Yesterday we took a drive out to the country and stopped at a few farm stand.

So, tonight I thought I'd have an array of natures bounty - more sweet Ohio corn grilled with butter and herbs from my garden.

Roasted cauliflower. Savory beets with with a thyme infused creamy sauce.

Zucchini bread and whipped butter. Assorted teas.

A non-fat strawberry-raspberry Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of fat-free milk.
