Why, did that only yesterday for my students.

Back to the topic, I had my dollar store beef stew, added with spices, red potato, black beans, black eyed peas, and croutons and turned out very tasty.

Sleep is not very close and later, I shall make a salad in a baggie to take in to work.

Last night we had Teriyaki Meatball Bowls. Tonight is Spaghetti w/meat sauce and salad.

Homemade pizza & crust---> piled high with fresh garlic,tomato sauce,hamburger, diced tomato, and some exotic cheese

Oh, and and a great leafy salad on side.

Angel hair with pesto and I added lots of spinach, garlic, locatelli, and then topped it with olive oil. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Looks like dessert will be mixed fruit Jello with whipped cream, even though I am craving a black and white milkshake.

Marinated baked pork chops, twice baked potatoes, baked beans, biscuits, and dark chocolate brownies. I thought if I had to turn the oven on I was going to fill it up, LOL. It is still so hot in the south, come on fall!!!!
