Tonight, it's boudain - grilled crispy, and a tomato salad. I just love that spicy pork liver and rice.

Broiled grouper, encrusted with parmesan, mayo, butter, lemon and tarragon. Risotto with mushrooms. Spinach.

Had steak tips with lamb on the grill with some veggies..peppers (green and red , vidalia onion with evoo, garlic powder and with S/P. Side of rice pilaf.

A passion fruit low fat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of high fiber bread with artichoke-spinach-hummus and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

finished off the burger meat from a couple of days ago, did 'em Greek style with oregano, feta, baby spinach, dill pickles, tzatiki, grilled onions and tomatoes. corn on the cob for the side.

Another crazy afternoon so I picked up subs on the way home. It was yucky! I prefer a home cooked meal over takeout any day of the week.
