What's on Tonight's Dinner Menu? 2014 (healthiest, bbq, shrimp, broil)

I am making hamburgers(grd beef, soy sauce, grated onion, panko) with teriyaki rice and broccoli rapini or rabe.

big Greek salad and a second course of corn on the cob. 1 square of Ghiradelli 72% chocolate for dessert.

Tonight is spaghetti and homemade meat sauce with a green salad. Water with squeezed lemon to drink.

I made Swedish meatballs with gravy and buttered noodles. Leftover salad too.

Leftover beef and chicken. Probably cauliflower as veg. Boring night.

Turkey meatloaf, broccoli, mashed sweet potatoes .

Angel hair tossed with sautéed spinach, garlic, and olive oil and topped with hot peppers and locatelli. Unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Lubby, you and I must be on the same page. We're having Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, lingonberry sauce and braised red cabbage (with apple, caraway, red wine vinegar and brown sugar). For some reason I have a taste for a strawberry shake and I've been wanting one all day. I may have to stop and buy some strawberry ice cream on the way home.

I made chicken and shrimp gumbo with andouille and okra yesterday and we enjoyed it tonight. To make it right, you gotta do the proper roux. It turned out perfectly. Thankfully, there are left overs!!!!
