I just pulled out some leftover Bolognese sauce from the freezer. I am going to mix that with some rotini and throw some mozzarella on top and bake. I don't know what you call it, Johnny Marzetti, American chop suey, baked rotini? I don't care, I like it!

I am making a shrimp and chicken pasta dish and I have to admit, the sauce will start with bottled white sauce. Today is another busy day, I don't have time to start from scratch, but if you don't tell anyone I won't either. I am taking some to our sick friend.
