Early this afternoon I will start a batch of pea soup. We will have that with a rosemary garlic bread.

What's the difference between roast beef and pea soup? .....Anyone can roast beef! **Sorry I couldn't resist.

My favorite soup: yummy. We won't have in now, until we have the ham bone after Thanksgiving.

We are having chili tonight, It is going to be a little on the brisk side and I have to admit, I am slightly addicted to politics. The tub will go on late this afternoon and we will be glued to our chairs until we fall asleep. I have to dinner simple. So it is chili and chips plus guacamole salad. Avocados were on sale a WalMart yesterday for .68. Hubby had to pick up his glasses, so I decided to get some veggie juice. That is when I spotted them.

Today we have Tilapia with Uncle Ben rice and a green Bell pepper and tomato/onion salad. For dessert banana slices in caramel sauce.

These are the ingredients I will use:

4 Tilapia fillets
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp melted butter
1 finely diced garlic clove
1 tsp fresh parsley
salt/pepper to taste
I bake it in a dish at 375 F for about 30 minutes
