Baked cod, coleslaw and baked potato tonight. I got the coleslaw idea from Dennis P but I thought of the fish and baked potato all by myself. You think The Four Seasons in NYC is ready to hire me as their chef?

I am making grilled ground sirloin, in other wards hamburgers. I think I will do a fruit salad, one of spoiled brats favorites and I have some squash that needs to be used before it turns green and grown horns.

Since I'm organizing my cookbooks, I've vowed to try to actually make some recipes out of them.
Tonight, Pampered Chef Cookbook, Fish Bake thing with Tater tots on top. I know what you're thinking, but maybe it'll be good.

PJ-We end up going to a local Tavern that got great Yelp reviews. I didn't like it at all. I thought the ribeye was Sizzler quality. It really didn't have any flavor at all. Another $62 dinner down the drain. So annoying.

Tonight I'm making the SnB drumsticks that I didn't make last night

Made some collards green, pork chops, and potato salad, a pretty simple country dinner. I cook early today because I'm off today and fix myself a plate at 4:00.

I love soup, especially any soups with chicken in it. Temps are in the 70s and sunny here today, so I will eat more of it in the colder months.
