I made tomato and basil bisque yesterday - for 50! It was so, so good.

Something different: a chicken and broccoli casserole made with risotto (Italian pasta that looks like rice). Sweet iced tea to drink.

I'm tired and feeling lazy, so we're going to have pizza delivered to our house. Sausage and onion pizza to be exact.

That sounds great! Tarragon and chicken is a great combination.

I needed quick and easy tonight or else I would've passed out on the stove.

Heated two hash browns in the oven, sprinkled a little cheddar on one of them, fried an egg while waiting for the cheese to melt, then smeared a little ketchup on the hash browns and threw the egg between the two for a dinner-breakfast sandwich.

If only I had apple sauce to pair it with!
