We went to Jimmy Changa's and had Tex Mex food. We ordered extra to take home due to the situation with the kitchen being mostly packed up.

Left-over steak and refried bean quesadillas.

I'm serving them with sour cream and a hot sauce I'm making from reconstituted dried chiles and some of their soaking liquid, fresh garlic, salt, lime juice & zest, and a few small and somewhat dented tomatoes I've got laying about.
